BLOGS

You probably have heard of blogs, but if you are not familiar with how they work, you've come to the right place. First, they are easy... so don't assume it's something sophisicated.

Let's compare a blog to email. When you receive an email, if you want to reply, you click on the reply button, write your reply, and send it. A blog works almost exactly the same way.

If you click on a link that takes you to a blog, you will see an article that someone wrote. That article/story is called the blog. At the bottom of the article, there is a link to leave a comment. So if you want to leave a comment (that is, reply to the blog), you just click on "comments," write your reply, and submit. That's it. You've just replied to a blog!

The Advantage of a Blog
When many people want to comment on a topic and read comments from others, a blog is much better than email. Instead of having to save many emails that come to you from multiple people, a blog keeps everyone's comments in the same place. All you have to do is check back and view the blog from time to time, and you will see all of the comments submitted. So even if someone doesn't know your email, you can see their comment(s) if they left them on the blog.
