Social networking internet groups have become very popular the past few years. Some, like Facebook, are aimed at daily communications about personal life events. Others like LinkedIn are designed for professional contacts and allow people to make connections and communicate in the business community.

We have Phi Sigma Delta groups in both Facebook and LinkedIn. They are a way for Phi Sigma Delta alumni to communicate among ourselves. The Facebook group is only for Univ. of Maryland alumni. The LinkedIn group was formed by ZBT (which also has a separate ZBT group) to facilitate Phi Sig alumni to communicate. This group is for all Phi Sigma Delta alumni across the nation, not just from Univ. of Maryland.
